Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery and return costs, which are your responsibility).
Return Conditions:
✔ The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ Email us at support@yazati.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
✔ Keep the original packaging and repack the rug as it was delivered. If the packaging is unavailable, contact us for alternative solutions.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item in pristine condition at our showroom, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Important Notes:
- Custom-made and Made-to-Order rugs cannot be returned.
- We can arrange collection, or you may deliver the rug directly to our office.
- The product must be securely packed before collection to avoid damage during transit.
- Delivery and return costs are your responsibility.
- Please Note: We need to adhere to our policy to ensure that the rugs are kept in their original delivery condition; otherwise, we won’t be able to process the return.
